A dynamic recursive CGE model is constructed. The promotion of electric vehicles is an effective way to reduce carbon emission. China can reduce cumulative CO2 emission by 24.97 Bt-CO2. CCS can reduce the economic losses caused by the promotion of electric vehicles.
