Innovative MEPS/HPLC method for analysis of lamotrigine in human plasma and saliva The assay is reliable and sensitive and requires a small sample volume (100 μL). MEPS is a simple and cost-effective sample preparation and extraction method. This assay was applied to real human samples and seems to be a useful tool for TDM.
