Cognitive-motor interference (CMI) was assessed with dual-tasking (DT) in Yoga practitioners and age-similar non-practitioners. Yoga practitioners showed better balance and cognitive performance than non-practitioners during DT. Yoga practice could reduce CMI and effectively promote the ability to DT.
