We detect communities in topologically incomplete networks. We adapt unsupervised methods by adding either linear or star preprocessing approach. A structured deep model for community detection in topologically incomplete networks is proposed. The deep model based method is robust than classic supervised methods due to missing edges. Appropriate choice of hop counts could improve the performance of the deep model.
