A tunable community network model based on Holme and Kim networks is designed. Cooperation level of each community in this model is tunable. Cooperation level of whole networks and that of communities is studied. Cooperation level of networks can be improved by enhancing that of communities. Larger communities are better than smaller ones in enhancing the cooperation level.
