Arrays of metallic micro-/nano-structures by means of colloidal lithography and laser dewetting
文摘

Monolayers of microspheres are grown by Langmuir–Blodgett technique.

The spheres are made of polystyrene, the substrates are in quartz, BK7 glass, or Si.

The monolayers are covered with a metallic film (Au or Ag) by thermal evaporation.

Long-range arrays of prismatoid metal structures remain after removal of monolayer.

Laser dewetting of such long-range arrays of metal structures is presented and discussed.
