Kovalova TAAP Highlights Nov. 2016 RNA-Seq identified TCDD-induced gene expression in PWM-activated primary B cells. TCDD elicited differential expression of 515 human, 2371 mouse and 712 rat orthologs. 28 orthologs were differentially expressed in response to TCDD in all three species. TCDD elicits mostly species-specific gene expression changes in activated B cells.
