Modulus regulated 3D-Cell proliferation is studied in a self-healing hydrogel. This self-healing hydrogel is growth-factor-free, modulus tunable and injectable. 3D cell proliferation before and after injection is presented. The proliferating rates of the encapsulated cells are quantified. This hydrogel offer potentially higher therapeutic efficiency for cell-therapy.
