The studied stochastic predator–prey system includes Leslie–Gower Holling-type II Functional and randomized intrinsic growth rate.

Sufficient conditions for permanence and almost sure extinction of the system are proved.

The stationary distribution is derived based on the positive equilibrium of the deterministic model.
