Numerical simulations were applied to study Re-independence. Two flow regimes (strongly and weakly Re-dependent) were identified. ReH,crit depends on building structures and dimensions, and is case dependent. A case-independent Rer,crit (=25) in the pedestrian level plane is obtained. Re-independence of flow guarantees Re-independence of concentration profile.
