High-speed dispersion device using cavitation bubble plasma (CBP) was developed. CBP treatment allows us to disperse cup-stacked carbon nano tubes in water without dispersant. A liter of CNTs suspension with 9.2 wt% in concentration was prepared by the CBP treatment for only 135 min.
