Comparison of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates from aquatic products and clinical by antibiotic susceptibility, virulence, and molecular characterisation
Both Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates were showed high antibiotic resistance.
•
The difference virulence (tdh, trh) between clinical and aquatic product solates.
•
The most serotyping in clinical isolates was O3, aquatic product solates was O2.
•
ERIC-PCR subtyping provide genetic variation and relatedness between the isolates.
