文摘
We studied how Arab health professionals in Israel perceive neutrality in medicine. We used the 'Inclusion and difference' approach to understand their experiences. The ethos of neutrality facilitates their inclusion in health organizations. But it also masks the need to handle incidences of exclusion and rejection. The ethos of neutrality in medicine generates ambivalence regarding ethnicity.
