Highly conductive PEDOT:PSS films with a new 2-ethoxyethanol solvent are presented. Post treatment greatly enhances electrical properties of PEDOT:PSS films with 2-ethoxyethanol. White OLEDs with post-treated PEDOT:PSS films show excellent device performances.
