Performance and bacterial community dynamics of a CANON bioreactor acclimated from high to low operational temperatures
文摘

Acclimation of a CANON bioreactor from 35 °C to 15 °C was accomplished.

Performance at 15 °C could not meet nitrogen discharge standards.

AOB dominance went from Nitrosomonas to Prosthecobacter during acclimation.

Acclimation drove a shift in anammox dominance from Brocadia to Anammoxoglobus.

Rhodanobacter was the only NOB found and proliferated only at low temperature.
