A water-soluble conjugated polymer PPE-OBS was synthesized. An off-on probe is developed for Cys, Hcy and GSH detection using PPE-OBS-Hg2 + system. The method exhibits high sensitivity and selectivity to Cys, Hcy and GSH. This probe can be applied in food samples with excellence accuracy and precision.
