PLLA-PPy fibers-film with conductivity of ∼10 S cm−1 was prepared by electrospinning and electrochemical deposition. ECMs (containing laminin, fibronectin, collagen) were coated on the fibers surface by L929 cells culture and lysing. The combination of ECM-CFF with ES could improve the nerve cell adhesion, neurite outgrowth and extension.
