Our research finds that pre-mixing serum with assay buffer gave consistent results compared with original assay using with Kangrun AMH ELISA, which antibodies in our kit were unaffected by complement, which may allow for stable assay performance over time. Pre-mixing protocol do not influence the results of fresh serum or frozen serum incubation less than 3 days at 4°C and -80°C, however when specimens delayed for detecting, and stored in other storage conditions, should use modified method.
