Employing structure based rational approach, a chimeric subunit model vaccine is designed.

Proposed vaccine model contains immunodominant epitopes and adjuvant fused together by linkers.

Thermodynamically stable 3D structure of vaccine protein was achieved by disulfide engineering.

Vaccine protein is potentially antigenic, highly soluble and a non-allergen.

It will reduce the costly and time-consuming testing in animal models used for vaccine development.
