A hybrid nanomaterial, TiO2@DOTA-Zr, was synthesized and used for the enrichment of phosphopeptides. TiO2@DOTA-Zr exhibited stronger affinity to phosphopeptides. Successfully applied towards the enrichment of phosphopeptides in the tryptic digests of nonfat milk and human serum samples.
