Thermally stratified stretching flow with Cattaneo-Christov heat flux

Stagnation point flow of Jeffrey fluid is investigated over a stretching cylinder. The Cattaneo-Christov theory has been employed for energy phenomenon. Time dependent variable thermal conductivity is also utilized. Thermal stratification is employed. Convergent series solutions of the governing system are developed. Higher estimations of Deborah number results in the reduction of velocity and associated boundary layer thickness.
