The Urine-CCA prevalence rates in the studied governorates were significantly higher than those determined by Kato-Katz. Approximately 10% of the Urine-CCA positive samples were scored 3+, 40% 1+ and 50% trace. This work added information on the performance of the Urine-CCA test in settings characterized by very low or no (0%) prevalence by KK.
