Simultaneous analysis of 12 azole drugs in human plasma and urine reported. FPSE-HPLC-PDA method developed for multi-residual analysis from biological samples. FPSE-HPLC-PDA method can be used in routine clinical and biomedical applications. The new approach is fast, sensitive, simple, robust and green. FPSE-HPLC-PDA method substantially simplified the overall analytical work-flow.
