Novel Fe2O3/TiO2 one-dimensional photoanode for solar cells and PEC water splitting was fabricated. The cells show outstanding visible-light-induced photoelectric performance. Heterogeneous interface based on band structure allow efficient separation of photogenerated charge carriers.
