An LC–MS/MS method for determination of eight flavonoids in plasma. The LLOQs for 8 flavonoids ranged from 0.2 to 4 ng mL−1.. It was sensitive to study pharmacokinetic of Pollen Typhae Extract to Rats. The main pharmacokinetic parameters of four flavonoids in rats were reported.
