A micro-nanoscale hierarchical structure is formed at the reservoir rock surface. An inversion has happened from hydrophilic into hydrophobic modified by nanofluids. The effect of drag reduction to improve the low injection rate is realized. The mechanism of drag reduction induced from the modified core surface was unclosed.
