Prenatal toluene exposure impairs longer term reversal learning in rats in the Morris Water Maze. Prenatal toluene exposure impairs long-term, but not immediate, water maze probe trial performance. Solvent abuse during pregnancy potentially has life-long implication for behavior and cognitive functioning in offspring.
