Cellulose nanofiber-polyurethane urea chemoset elastomer composites were prepared. CNFs were homogeneously dispersed and covalently bonded to PUU matrix. PUU hard domain and CNFs percolation network contributed to mechanical properties. Thermomechanical stability was significantly improved by the addition of CNFs. Ultrahigh tensile strength and elongation based on softness were demonstrated.
