Facile one-pot synthesis of highly dispersed Ni nanoparticles embedded in HMS for dry reforming of methane

Highly dispersed Ni-HMS catalysts were synthesized using a simple, one-pot method at room temperature. The Ni-HMS showed excellent catalytic activity and stability for dry reforming of methane at harsh condition. The strong anchor effect of pore wall to Ni nanoparticles improved the resistance to coking and sintering. The extractability and re-usability of the template take on added significance.
