Multiple budding of M. oleifera was obtained in MS medium without growth regulators. The regeneration system was from stem and leaf explants in MS with 1 mg L– 1 BAP and 0.2 mg L– 1 of AIA. The RAMP marker tested the genetic stability of the different systems of micropropagation of M. oleifera.
