Significantly small size soy lecithin-oleic acid liposomes were successfully prepared without the input of external energy or mechanical procedure. Mixed liposomes contribute to a stable colloidal system in term of particle aggregation and surface charge through the incubation period of 28 days. High encapsulation of four anticancer drugs as compared to naked soy lecithin liposomes.
