Magnetically separable Fe3O4 ribbons were grown on the surface of graphene oxide. Graphene Oxide(GO)- Fe3O4 nanocomposites were thoroughly characterized. Prepared GO-Fe3O4 nanocomposites had high magnetization value and low defects. GO-Fe3O4 nanocomposites were used for the removal of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid. Batch, Kinetics and Continuous column studies were performed.
