A new hybrid optimization approach is introduced. The method is applied to solve high sensitive optimization problems. In the method, conjugate gradient and genetic algorithms are used. The method is applied for parameters estimation problem of nanobeams. Efficiency, accuracy and low computational cost of the method are shown.
