HDACi TSA attenuated LPS induced pro-inflammatory cytokine genes expression by altering HDAC expression. The expression of IL-6 and TNF-α can be regulated by DNA methylation. Methionine and folic acid can regulate the expression of DNA methyltransferases in LPS stimulated broiler PBMC. Methionine can decrease the expression of IL-6 and TNF-α, and increased their CpG site methylation in LPS-stimulated broiler PBMC.
