AP group had higher baseline mean TG levels (2148, SD ± 1578) vs the no AP group.

Each 100 mg/dL unit of increase in the TG level ≥1000 mg/dL, a 3% increase in AP.

Severe HTG is underdiagnosed and undertreated.
