Food choices, dispositions and backgrounds were studied by Multiple Correspondence Analysis.

Two dimensions organizing food choices were found: healthiness and moderation.

Educational and occupational differences were found in both dimensions.

Distinction was made through healthiness, sociability and ‘moderate hedonism’.
