Only 50 μL serum, plasma, or whole blood was used for determination of 25 PFASs. The method allowed simultaneous analysis of PFSAs, PFCAs, FOSAs, PAPs, and PFPAs. The sample preparation was limited to a protein precipitation by methanol. The total method run time was only 14 min using online SPE-UHPLC-MS/MS. The method was successfully applied to human serum, plasma, and whole blood.
