Activation of PPARδ increased blastocyst hatching rate and blastocyst quality. The PPARδ can regulate the fatty acid oxidation resulting the increase of ATP production. Reactive oxygen species were modified and REDOX maintenance-related gene expression increased by the activation of PPARδ.
