This study examines the impact of China's trade on green technological progress. A two-country, two-good, two-factor green technology progress model is employed. Four propositions are introduced to assess six countries' green technology progress. Imports from developed countries increase the rate of green technology progress. Imports from developing countries reduce the rate of green technology progress.
