Extraction parameters of puffed Pinus morrisonicola were optimized. Effects of EtOH concentration, extraction temperature and L/S ratio were studied. Optimum conditions are 36.1% v/v of EtOH, 70 °C and 50 ml/g of L/S ratio. Pine needles extracts have similar antioxidant activities with commercial products.
