Losartan and Dexamethasone may reduce the abundance of Th22 cells in IgAN. CCR10, CCL27 and IL-22 expression was comparably reduced by Losartan and Dexamethasone. Losartan and Dexamethasone may suppress inflammatory responses by inhibiting chemokine pathways in Th22 cells.
