Improved RuO2 thin film pH senor performance using OMC as contact material. RuO2 electrodes with OMC contact layer was stable after 1 h of conditioning. pH sensing performance: −58.4 mV/pH, 5.0 mV/h drift, 1.13 mV hysteresis and 30 s reaction time.
