CD34-selected alloHCT is associated with high chronic GVHD relapse-free survival in AML and MDS. Higher HCT-CI and HCT-CI/age are associated with higher NRM and lower OS in CD34-selected alloHCT. HCT-CI and HCT-CI/age may be used to select appropriate patients for CD34-selected alloHCT.
