We compare the periarticular injection (PAI) and the peripheral nerve block (PNB).

There is no significant difference in the suppository usage.

There is no significant difference in the patient satisfaction.

There is no significant difference in the ROM of the knee.

PAI and PNB have similar analgesic effectiveness during the first 48 hours after surgery.
