ZnO-composite cotton fabric were prepared via solvothermal method. The properties of the composite were investigated by XRD, FE-SEM, XPS, etc. The ZnO-composite layer is compact, unifom, and continuous. Enhanced UV shielding the value of 83.96. The composite possessed an excellent thermopower value of 471.9 μ/K.
