Validation of a method using UHPLC-fluorescence for the determination of four PAHs. The extraction included a liquid-liquid extraction with N,N-dimethylformamide-water. The clean-up used SPE cartridge with 500 mg of C18 sorbent. The method was found to be adequate for routine analysis of PAHs in vegetable oils.
