Cold sterilization of tender coconut water was carried out using PAN HF membranes. Flux decline was quantified using a resistance-in-series model. Limiting operating transmembrane pressure was determined. 138 kPa was found to be the optimum TMP. Filtered juice was stored successfully for 18 weeks.
