GM-CSF and IL-18 cDNA can be used as a therapeutic agent for cancer therapy. GMIL-18 plays an important role in increasing immune responses against cancer. GMIL-18 protein was well secreted out of the cell and was involved in stimulating and proliferating of immune related cells.
