Structural basis of transport of trichothecenes compounds acting as plant growth promoters from Trichoderma harzianum. Homology modeling of tertiary structure of Thmfs1 protein. A central transport tunnel running across the length of Thmfs1 protein. Differential structural behaviour during translocation of trichodermin at binding pocket sites. Alternative access mechanism and hopping of substrate molecules from one binding site to other contribute to the trichothecene efflux.
