Review of empirical research on MMORPGs in relation to the 21st Century Skills. KSAVE framework used to categorize articles based on their research foci and results. A body of evidence suggesting that MMORPGs cultivate 21st Century Skills. The constructs of creativity and innovation are understudied in MMORPGs research. An extensive list of implications and recommendations is presented.
